Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brown the ground beef, add taco seasoning, water, tomatoes, onion, and bell pepper, then simmer.
- Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and cheddar cheese in a bowl.
- Spread biscuit dough in a greased dish, layer beef mixture, top with sour cream mix, and finish with cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
