Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Vegetable oil, for frying

Marinate chicken in buttermilk and hot sauce for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Mix flour, cornstarch, and seasonings in a large bowl.

Remove chicken from marinade, let excess drip off, and coat thoroughly in flour mixture.
