Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken 4–5 lb
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon halved
- 1 onion quartered
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F
