Delicately cooked turkey cutlets smothered in a velvety white wine sauce—this elegant dish is perfect for entertaining or a refined weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 turkey cutlets
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Season turkey cutlets and lightly dredge in flour.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Cook cutlets 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  • Add white wine to deglaze the pan.

  • Stir in chicken broth, lemon juice, and mustard. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  • Whisk in butter, return cutlets to pan, and simmer 2 minutes.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve.
