Ingredients
- 4 turkey cutlets
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

Season turkey cutlets and lightly dredge in flour.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook cutlets 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Add white wine to deglaze the pan.

Stir in chicken broth, lemon juice, and mustard. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Whisk in butter, return cutlets to pan, and simmer 2 minutes.
