This Sweet Hawaiian Crockpot Chicken brings tropical flavors to your table with juicy chunks of chicken simmered in a tangy pineapple and soy glaze.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs or breasts, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water
  • Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Place chicken in slow cooker.
  • In a bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, and garlic.
  • Pour over the chicken.
  • Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
