Scholarship Description:
Professor Kai Yip Cho Memorial Doctoral Scholarship is available for International Students. This fellowship gives doctoral students the opportunity to participate in all subjects offered by the University of Western Sydney.

Scholarship Benefits:
The University of Western Sydney will be awarding a scholarship, complementing the applicant’s available scholarship for full-time study by $7,500 (AUD) annually. The supplement will be awarded in two separate, payments on a weekly basis.
Eligibility requirements:
To be admitted, the candidates must meet all of the requirements listed below:
- Need to begin a PhD program at the University of Western Sydney in 2019 or 2020 in the subject of biochemistry or microbiology, or engage in a research project with a strong academic background in one of these subjects;
- Be working as a graduate student on a scholarship.
- Academic language skills: International students will generally have to complete certain language tests in English to meet the university requirements.
