Preparation Steps
- Wash the fresh strawberries under cool water, pat them dry, and slice them into uniform pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, drizzle balsamic vinegar and honey over sliced strawberries and fold together gently. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, stir the vanilla yogurt until smooth, adding honey if desired. Keep chilled until ready to assemble.
- In serving bowls, add a dollop of the yogurt base, top with macerated strawberries, and swirl whipped cream on top.
- Drizzle honey and garnish with mint or basil before serving.
