Ingredients
  

Popsicle Base
  • 2 cups Cherries Fresh or frozen, pitted.
  • 1 cup Coconut Water Or filtered water.
  • 1 cup Raw Cream Or organic whipping cream; use coconut cream for dairy-free.
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoons Raw Honey Adjust based on cherries' sweetness.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Chill your mixing bowl in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes.
  2. Prepare the cherries: if frozen, let them thaw for 10 minutes; if fresh, wash and pit them.
  3. Blend cherries with coconut water until well pureed.
  4. Whip raw cream or coconut cream with vanilla extract and honey until thick and fluffy.
  5. Layer whipped cream and cherry puree in popsicle molds.
  6. Freeze for at least 6–8 hours, preferably overnight.
  7. Run warm water over the molds for 30 seconds to release the popsicles.
