Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your baking sheet by lightly greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, fresh cranberries, finely chopped onions, celery, minced garlic, dried sage, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Add the eggs and chicken broth to the mixture and gently combine, being careful not to overmix.
- Form the mixture into balls about 1 to 1½ inches in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden-brown and cooked through with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for later enjoyment. For reheating, do so gently in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
