Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your baking sheet by lightly greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, fresh cranberries, finely chopped onions, celery, minced garlic, dried sage, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs and chicken broth to the mixture and gently combine, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Form the mixture into balls about 1 to 1½ inches in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden-brown and cooked through with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
