  3. Arrange the rounds in a single layer on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Top each round with a slice of brie cheese and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and top with cranberries and pecans before serving.
